Couch to Active

Welcome!

Exercise should not be dreadful but getting off the couch is the hardest exercise we do.

I created this in 2016 with one mission in mind. To get us off the couch and exercising in a way that helps us smile. Eighty-percent of adults in the United States are not getting the minimum exercise recommended.

We already know this is very bad for out health and we must change.

COUCH to ACTIVE teaches us how to bring exercise back into our lives without sacrificing our responsibilities, passions, and dreams.

Enjoy!
